Satisfaction Guarantee:

WITCHCOFFEE.COM will gladly exchange or offer a shop credit for any item you are not 100% satisfied with providing item is in 'as new' condition, packaging is 'as new' and goods were purchased 30 days or less prior to our shop receiving the item for exchange. Goods must also be accompanied by a copy of the WITCHCOFFEE.COM purchase invoice.

Payment Method

For convenience in processing international orders, all prices are listed in US Dollars, Euro or Pound Sterling.

We accept the 2 most popular payment methods available.

The first is PayPal, which we believe is it the safest and fastest method for online transactions. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal website to process and approve your payment. When approval is complete, PayPal will automatically notify us.

Most online shoppers use PayPal for online transactions. Their PayPal account is linked with their bank account or credit card. This means PayPal users do not need to share their bank details or credit card to every online stores they make purchases. For more information please visit the PayPal website

The second is Credit card / Debit card, which we accept via the payment gateway 2Checkout. Note that the payment is processed via 2Checkout, and we do NOT store any card details at all. It has one the most secure and advanced anti-fraud system available, and you can rest assured that your details are safe.


Refund Policy

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give refunds just because you changed your mind. At its absolute discretion, WITCHCOFFEE.COM may offer a full credit less shipping for a return.


Customer Service/Shipping:

WITCHCOFFEE.COM offers free shipping. We will organize shipment of your order upon receipt of payment. Goods in stock will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours. We will maintain a high level of effort to ship your purchase to you ASAP, but cannot and will not be held responsible for late arrival of orders due to shipping delays. If you choose an item that is not in stock or will be delayed for other reasons we will notify you within 5 business days. Tracking number will also be provided.


Please note that items showing signs of damage may not be replaced and any item without a current WITCHCOFFEE.COM invoice will not be accepted. Item must be returned in the same condition as supplied and paperwork and other accessories as originally provided.

Your invoice is your proof of purchase and is required for any warranty claims.
