Brewing Instructions
For best results:
Hot water temperature: 96 C (205F)
Steeped Coffee Bags -
1. Place Witch Coffee bag in your cup
2. Pour 150ml (5 oz) hot water into your cup, making sure the bag is fully immersed in the water
3. Allow bag to infuse for up to 5 minutes for maximum strength (dunking bag will assist infusion)
4. Squeeze bag prior to lifting from cup
Drip Coffee Bags -
1. Tear along the dotted line at the top of the filter bag
2. Pull the hangers and hook them over the edge of the cup
3. Pour hot water over the ground coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then, slowly add the remaining water in 15-second intervals until you reach 150ml (5 oz).

I travel a lot of business and I'm absolutely blown away by the delicious quality of these single-serve coffee bags. Normally the 5 star hotels I stay at still give you cheap non-palatable coffee so I was pleasantly surprised when I found these convenient single-serve barista coffee bags there. I love their whole range! As I don't eat breakfast anyway, I no longer have to get changed and go to the hotel buffet just to get specialty coffee - I can have it in my room now, fuss-free. Just got a carton because until hotels start stocking these, I'll just have to bring my own.

Our coffee machine broke recently from old age we suspect, and we've been having Witch Coffee bags for the last few weeks. Excellent flavour, smells and tastes amazing.
I only tried the steeped coffee bags so far, and I absolutely love it. I've never had such a flavourful and complex coffee in a coffee bag before, and did not expect such quality and taste. The coffee was incredibly rich, fresh and aromatic, just like what you'd find at the shops. I love that even the beans used follow a recipe to achieve different tasting notes. So much thought has gone into making this coffee! Will be buying more and will try the drip version next time
