Brewing Instructions
For best results:
Hot water temperature: 96 C (205F)
Steeped Coffee Bags -
1. Place Witch Coffee bag in your cup
2. Pour 150ml (5 oz) hot water into your cup, making sure the bag is fully immersed in the water
3. Allow bag to infuse for up to 5 minutes for maximum strength (dunking bag will assist infusion)
4. Squeeze bag prior to lifting from cup
Drip Coffee Bags -
1. Tear along the dotted line at the top of the filter bag
2. Pull the hangers and hook them over the edge of the cup
3. Pour hot water over the ground coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then, slowly add the remaining water in 15-second intervals until you reach 150ml (5 oz).

I have gotten my husband and father into your coffees. I gave my Dad drip coffees which he took to his FIFO work, and he told me that five grown men were standing around a mug watching the drip coffee occur in utter awe. I buy my husband the steeped coffee bags as he often doesn't have time to sit and enjoy a drip coffee being an AUSPOST postie. The flavors of your coffee are fantastic and we are very happy to support Australian business. Our favourites are Blue and Gold.

The Gold Label has to be my favourite in their range. I would've never guessed this was a coffee bag. I'd pay $10 fo it! The flavour notes are just perfect for me... It's rich, well-balanced, delicious and very aromatic. Infuses very well... a tasty, strong brew and very convenient.

I travel a lot of business and I'm absolutely blown away by the delicious quality of these single-serve coffee bags. Normally the 5 star hotels I stay at still give you cheap non-palatable coffee so I was pleasantly surprised when I found these convenient single-serve barista coffee bags there. I love their whole range! As I don't eat breakfast anyway, I no longer have to get changed and go to the hotel buffet just to get specialty coffee - I can have it in my room now, fuss-free. Just got a carton because until hotels start stocking these, I'll just have to bring my own.
This coffee is to die for! I really am loving the Gold Label steeped coffee bags. Definitely specialty, gourmet coffee that you'd normally find at expensive or fancy restaurants, but in a convenient coffee bag. You need to try it for yourself! Obsessed with these. These Gold Label coffee bags taste super exceptional! The tasting notes are very unique and the combo of citrus, chocolate and peach works so well. This is my first time coming across a coffee bag that uses 100% specialty Arabica beans. I prefer the steeped ones on a daily basis, but the drip ones are also great if I'm after a bit more of a coffee ritual. Both are very convenient and take very little time to make. perfect for when I'm in a rush but still wanting an excellent cafe-quality experience.
